Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-08 · Version 1.11. Acceptance
By accessing and using DiSkribe ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
DiSkribe is an AI assistant for the DiSky Skript add-on. It provides automated answers powered by third-party language models, grounded in the official DiSky documentation. Features include multi-turn chat, file attachments (Premium/Platinum), token-based quotas, and Patreon-linked subscription tiers. Output may be inaccurate; verify critical information independently.
3. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital consent age in your country) and have a valid Discord account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass token quotas, rate limits or authentication
- Scrape, mirror or resell content generated by the Service
- Submit personal data of third parties without their consent
- Generate harmful, illegal, defamatory or hateful content
- Upload files containing malicious code, exploits, or third-party confidential data
- Intentionally exhaust AI provider resources through automated or abusive usage
5. Subscriptions & Patreon
Premium and Platinum tiers are unlocked by an active Patreon pledge. Payments are processed by Patreon under their terms. We do not store payment data. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing reset.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's source code, branding and UI are owned by their respective authors. Content you generate via the Service is yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely for delivering the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account → Privacy page.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
